Make a Wall Hanging

In this hands-on workshop, you will create a wall hanging using terracotta clay, learning the fundamentals of hand-building in a relaxed, guided setting. You’ll explore how to condition clay, build flat and dimensional forms, and use simple tools to carve patterns, add textures, and create visual balance.

The workshop encourages intuitive making, experimenting with organic shapes, clean lines, or minimal patterns while focusing on composition and balance. You’ll refine surfaces, add hanging elements, and personalise your design so it feels complete and well put together :)
