Ayushi Shukla
Mentor, Clay Sculpture
Ayushi Shukla is a visual artist from Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, currently working between Hyderabad and Delhi–Gurugram. She holds an MVA from the SN School of Arts and Communication, University of Hyderabad (2026) and a BFA from the Department of Music and Fine Arts, CSJMU, Kanpur (2024), where she secured first position in her bachelor’s degree. Her practice engages with classical and traditional visual languages to explore the passage of time, cultural memory, loss, and the erosion of historical sites, using fragmented forms and spatial narratives across painting, sculpture, digital art, and printmaking. Her work has been exhibited at Khoj Studios, New Delhi, and she has participated in exhibitions and art events including CISA’s When We Return (2025), Kanpur Literature Festival, Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsava, and Art and Craft Exhibitions at CSJMU. She was also selected for Imaginarium 6.0 (2026) at Emami Art Gallery and has worked as a co-curator for Ek Chitra Studio’s Annapurna exhibition at HITEX, Hyderabad.
At Alive Studio, she mentors both kids and adults across clay and mixed-media projects, encouraging curiosity, experimentation, and confidence with materials. Known for her playful spirit, and love for anything new, she enjoys guiding participants through ideas as much as the making itself.
