Ishika Khandelwal
Hailing from the heritage-filled Jaipur, Ishika has always been fascinated by architecture and intricate handiwork. She studied Interior Design, and her eye for detail and earthy aesthetic can be seen in her pen & ink sketches. During the lockdown, Ishika delved into two deeply personal series that reflect her artistic journey—Elephant and Ahmedabad. Elephants have always been a source of fascination for Ishika, symbolizing a perfect balance of calmness and strength. Her Elephant series brings this admiration to life, celebrating the majestic creatures through her intricate sketches. And her love for architecture and detail shines through in the Ahmedabad series, inspired by her exploration of the city's vibrant heritage. Each sketch captures the soul of the places she visited, from the intricate designs to the unique stories etched into their walls.
